I found this book a little slow to get in to, but this afternoon I just sat down and read the last three-quarters of it and I have been blown away.

WHAT I WAS by Meg Rosoff
Even if I didn't know Beth, I'd still love this little selection of her poetry.
I really liked this book. I like Emily and Nate's story, and I like Hope and Cal's story too, and the two work really well alongside each other.
So I've been a little out of touch with the blog the last few weeks, but it's a new year and time for a new start, so I'm back! I have to say I had a hard time finding five 2017 debuts to write about this week, [...] but I've had a look around, and here are some books I'm definitely excited for.
